The Free Quarterly

Each quarter we gather for four weeks of embodied creative inquiry.

What creative dreams and visions do you carry? What image is hidden within you, awaiting your presence to bloom?

The cohort is a place where artists and non-artists alike gather to engage our creativity, transforming our visions into living inquiries to guide and inform our way forward as conduits for creation.

What is it

A simple, playful discipline to awaken & re-awaken creative life force each day, nurturing your creative inquiry & intention

Prompts as portals beyond the known, working to rearrange your current ways of seeing & being to access authentic image & idea

A method for meeting the self and its depth of creative potential

A place to tend and engage your ideas & insights among community

The practice dials us into a potent collective field that contains our individual inquiries and visions. Each time you practice, you tap into the field, drawing from and offering to it like a wellspring.

Over a 4-week cycle, we plant the seeds of our creative visions, transforming them into generative inquiries that take root within us as living forms. Throughout, we nurture and tend to our intentions, helping to reveal more of our authenticity so we can be effective vessels in service of our creative life.

The Discipline

Practice is self-guided. The invitation is to return to the discipline daily to serve your creative unfolding.

In the cohort

  • Nurture your creative vision with playful discipline and steady daily rhythm.

  • Awaken & stir creative life force and stay connected to your generative inner source each day.

  • Bring renewed energy and clarity to existing projects that have gone quiet.

  • Plant meaningful seeds of creative intention and explore new possibilities of seeing and making.

  • Connect with others engaging in shared practice and mutual creative tending.

  • Channel inspiration into tangible materiality and move past creative overwhelm.
