Developing the Higher Mind — Cultivating the Neutral Center
Meditative Practice
Saturday, September 27
Facilitated by Alma
In the Kundalini tradition, the mind is understood not as one, but as three distinct bodies: the positive, the negative, and the neutral. The dual mind bodies — expansive and contractive — are vital for perceiving the world, yet they often leave us caught between polarities, pulled in opposing directions of desire, doubt, or distraction.
The higher mind — the neutral mind — arises when these dualities are brought into balance. It is the seat of clarity, wisdom, and discernment, a spacious awareness that allows us to see the whole picture without becoming entangled. Here, the mind becomes a vessel for truth rather than confusion, for guidance rather than grasping.
Through tantric meditation practice, we will enter the field of the neutral mind together. This hour-long workshop offers a direct pathway to experiencing the higher mind as a living presence — a way of seeing and being that is grounded, luminous, and free.
