Flowering of the Self
Depth Immersion
Facilitated by Alma
The Self begins to open like a continually blossoming flower.
This depth immersion is twelve-week transformational journey to liberate and empower the natural, creative energy of the unconscious psyche. Integrating depth practices, theory, and kriya meditation with individual personalized sessions, this container is designed to invoke deep processes of transformation that lead to psychic growth and fuller expression of the authentic self.
In ancient and medieval alchemy, the magnum opus, or great work, was to recover the philosopher’s stone, a symbol for the Self. Applying an understanding and approach to alchemical processes that lead to internal changes of state, the workshops, audio lectures, meditations, and guided individual practice included in this immersion are aimed to initiate this uncovering. This is subtle work that leads to deep shifts in one’s seeing and being. Old unconscious stories, beliefs, and energetic imprints begin to surface, inviting participants to engage in the conscious work of reshaping and remolding their inner and outer worlds. These alchemical practices work to disrupt old patterns, and creative energy is liberated so that it can flow into all areas of one’s being. The Self begins to open like a continually blossoming flower.
Integrating depth psychological theory with embodied practice and powerful Jungian-informed active imaginal work in both group and 1:1 settings, this is a container to invoke and hold deep transformation. You will learn and cultivate personal practices to strengthen your relationship with the psyche (or, soul) so it can become a creative partner in daily life.
Deep, life-transforming work that allows you to be more fully expressed, to live a life of creativity, purpose & fulfillment.

The Program
Phase 1. Initiation & Activation
We start by activating your relationship with the unconscious to develop a sacred connection to your inner landscape. You’ll get clear on your intentions for this transformation and find clarity in your desires and unfolding. This phase is all about intentionally entering into your depths to cultivate energetic permeability between the conscious and unconscious aspects of the self.
Phase 2. Make the Unconscious Conscious
We begin to unravel the old energetic patterns holding you back and empower you to be more authentically expressed and connected to your soul’s essence.
Through active imagination practices, you’ll develop and deepen the relationship with your inner shadow and work through the unconscious material coming to the surface. You’ll start to develop a new level of intimacy with the self and your essence as you become adept at navigating and engaging your unconscious terrain.
Phase 3: Expansion & Integration
Here we deepen your understanding of the inner dynamics playing out and your sense of personal power so you become a more conscious participant in your ongoing evolution, in touch with and embodied in your wholeness.
You’ll strengthen your connection to hidden sources of power and insight, and learn how to integrate this work into your ongoing practice and individuation. You’ll recognize your deep power to become an active, engaged participant in your creative unfolding with a new, holistic orientation to your inner and outer worlds that touches all that you do and express.
Following Flowering, past participants say:
“Flowering of the Self profoundly transformed my life. The seeds we planted in this container not only took root and planted during our time together, but they continue to reveal themselves in powerful ways.”
Maria
“I feel connected with myself again. I do not need to look outside myself to validate myself. I feel at one with everything in a way that feels impossible to describe the potency in me now. This confidence and inner solid strength I recognize has always been inside me, but it feels it has come into a different state of being... so beautiful and subtle.”
Emily
“The Flowering of the Self course fundamentally changed the way I create and the way I see myself as an artist. I learned to make work more instinctively and less intellectually, to work in collaboration with my own imagination, trusting that it will always offer me refuge and an abundance of ideas.”
Alex
“I have a deeper relationship with myself and a new level of intimacy I never knew I could have.
It feels like I’ve accessed myself in a new way that is deeply rewarding.”
Kelsey
“Our work together through the Flowering of the Self course and then through our ongoing collaboration and work together has been vital to my creative emergence.
My work with Alma has taught me to witness and harvest the fullness of my life in service of imagination and beauty. My whole life is richer for it.”

While the work is deeply transformative and depth-psychologically informed, this immersion is not a substitute for therapy. It is a creative and imaginal depth practice designed to orient your inner work and support personal unfolding. Participants are responsible for tending their own process with care and support as needed.
-
While the container is held with great care, this immersion is not explicitly trauma-therapy. Participants are invited to self-regulate, take space when needed, and seek external therapeutic support if intense material arises. The practices are meant to support grounding, gentleness, and integration.
